The renting process with Rentor is very detailed and thorough and takes a bit of time. Since I was moving across country and renting sight unseen, it was particularly important for me to work with a professional team that is reliable and has a specific established rental process. They have a wealth of information online and make it very easy to communicate by phone, email and text. A special shout out to Kevin Saephanh for promptly answering all of my questions big and small with the same diligence and professionalism. Also I want to thank Michaela Roecker for quickly clarifying lease terms to keep things moving forward. A huge thank you to all those involved in getting me in to my rental before my new job began. Once a tenant, the online portal makes ongoing tasks like paying rent and requesting maintenance fast and easy.
